Recently, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine officially issued the A2-level fixed pressure vessel special equipment manufacturing license qualification certificate to our company, marking that our company has the manufacturing capability for third-class low and medium-pressure pressure vessels and the manufacturing license qualification for D-level pressure vessels. This is of great significance for expanding the manufacturing business scope and developing new markets in the future.
At the end of 2023, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the pressure vessel qualification review, our company, led by the Quality Inspection Department, established a certification team. Based on the "TSG Z0004-2007 Basic Requirements for Quality Assurance System for Special Equipment Manufacturing, Installation, Transformation and Maintenance", we compiled the "Pressure Vessel Quality Assurance Manual" and related quality assurance documents, and submitted the "Special Equipment Manufacturing License Application Form" to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.
From June 12th to 14th, 2024, on the commission of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, three experts from the China Chemical Equipment Association formed a review team to come to our company to review the A2-level pressure vessel manufacturing certification work.
During the review, the review team inspected the production sites and equipment facilities of our company related to pressure vessels, carefully examined the corresponding qualification documents, and conducted a meticulous review of the completion drawings, quality certificates, materials, welding, inspection, etc. of one pressure vessel finished product and one semi-product.
After a strict review, the review team fully affirmed the pressure vessel manufacturing capacity and quality assurance level of Lefeng Ocean (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., believing that the pressure vessel quality assurance system of Lefeng Ocean (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. is complete and operating normally, and has the resource conditions for A2-level pressure vessel manufacturing license; the safety and quality of the products comply with the current safety technical regulations of China such as "TSG 21-2016 Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels", and meet the requirements of the adopted manufacturing norms and standards, and the conditions for A2-level pressure vessel manufacturing license.
The review team also put forward several written rectification requirements to our company in the form of the "Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Review Work Memorandum". After the meeting, in response to the existing problems, our company closely organized relevant personnel to study and formulate rectification measures, implemented them to the responsible departments and responsible persons, and completed all the rectification work by mid-June.
