In order to further enhance the cohesion, combativeness and centripetal force of the employees, enrich their spare-time cultural life, and better stimulate their work enthusiasm, Lixin Ocean (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. organized and carried out a team-building and expansion activity themed "Hand in Hand, Creating the Future" on September 2, 2024. A total of 32 employees from the project department, technical department, quality inspection department, business department, and workshop departments participated in this activity.
The team-building activity was held at the expansion base of Lixin Ocean (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. The activity set up several cooperation projects, such as group confrontation, moving drums and ball carrying, and team collaboration puzzles. Through group cooperation, they came up with team names, created slogans, and sang the team song. In the final tag-teaming activity, each person represented a different score, and the team with the highest score won. Everyone tried their best to tear off the opponents' tags, and there were continuous laughter and sweat-dropping scenes. The activities made the employees realize the importance of teamwork and trust, and created a very good atmosphere for the activity, fully demonstrating the风采 of the vast number of employees in the company.
