From September 23rd to 24th, 2024, the ASME joint inspection team conducted a two-day ASME re-certification joint inspection on our company. During this period, through the joint efforts of the company's leadership and various responsible engineers, the joint inspection team believed that our company's system met the ASME requirements, the documents and records conformed to the ASME specification requirements, and witnessed the manufacturing process of ASME products. Finally, the re-certification joint inspection was successfully completed. This laid a good foundation for the company to undertake ASME and PED products in the long term and provided a guarantee for the export of products to developed countries in Europe and America.
The re-certification application underwent a comprehensive and strict review. This certificate is subject to a re-certification audit every three years. The audit contents mainly include:
1. The establishment of the quality assurance system, resource conditions, the design, procurement, material acceptance, process, welding, non-destructive testing, inspection and testing of each system's implementation documents and product manufacturing quality;
2. Professional assessment and defense for each position personnel;
3. On-site demonstration of production arrangements, welder operations, inspection, etc. of the demonstration products.
During the two days, through the active cooperation of the relevant review personnel of the company and the experts of the ASME joint review team, this re-certification review work was successfully completed on September 24th, 2024. No non-conformities were issued during the review process. The joint inspection team leader announced at the final meeting that the ASME quality assurance system and operation process of Lixin Ocean (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. met the requirements and recommended to the ASME Committee to continue holding the certificate.
